Les Éclats — Ceramic Coffee Set, 2025

Created for intimate, quiet rituals, Les Éclats is a handcrafted ceramic set composed of two small cups and one organic-shaped serving plate. Designed for a coffee shared between two people or a peaceful pause enjoyed alone, the set brings a sense of stillness and intention to an everyday gesture.

Its softly irregular forms are finished with a white crackle glaze, creating a delicate network of fine lines across the surface. This distinctive texture gives each piece depth and character, evoking natural mineral formations and surfaces shaped over time. The subtle variations in tone and finish enhance the set’s light, refined and contemplative quality.

The serving plate is shaped by hand using the slab-building technique, while each cup is individually formed on the potter’s wheel. Made from white stoneware and fired in an electric kiln at 1250°C, the pieces combine functional durability with a tactile, sculptural presence.

As every element is handmade, slight variations in shape, glaze pattern and colour are part of its unique artisanal character.
