GRAPES:
34% Semillon, 33% Chenin Blanc, and 33% Pedro Ximenez.

VINEYARD:
The vines are over 80 years old, planted in calcareous soils in the Uco Valley, specifically in the alluvial deposits of the Tunuyán River in Paraje Altamira and San Carlos.

VINIFICATION:
Each grape variety is vinified separately. One portion is vinified in a traditional manner, another portion is fermented with the skins, and the third portion is fermented with 30% stems.
Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tanks with no oak barrel aging.
